Being employed at Merchants is a journey, so we provide our people with a passport to help navigate them on their way.

 

    Throughout their journey with Merchants our people are encouraged to gather stamps and produce the passport at key events or when applying for a new position.
    The passport provides a conceptual view of what our people have achieved and makes the process of individual growth, a personal journey - something very real each time a stamp is collected.
    Our aim is to ensure a greater awareness of the training and development our people have attended.
